Octavian Scutelnicu, the visionary CEO and President of Arcstone Builders, is a living embodiment of the American Dream. Raised in Romania, Octavian’s parents instilled in him a relentless work ethic and an unwavering belief in the power of education. Excelling in both sports and academics, he developed a strong foundation that would serve him well in his future endeavors.
Seeking greater opportunities, Octavian immigrated to the United States with limited English and meager finances. Despite these challenges, his determination and adaptability quickly led to success. Starting his career in the hotel and resort industry, he honed his business acumen and learned the value of building strong relationships.
Octavian’s entrepreneurial spirit eventually led him to the construction industry. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, he quickly established himself as a respected leader. His ability to connect with people on a personal level, coupled with his unwavering integrity, has been instrumental in the growth and success of Arcstone Builders.
